Woodquarter Sourcream-Pancakes

Ingredients: 150g Bio GRANO wheatflour W480 with germbuds or Bio GRANO wholemeal speltflour, 1/4l milk, 1/4l mineral- or sodawater, 1 egg, a pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients to a thin dough. Bake pancakes very delicate (flimsy). Spread plum jam on pancakes, roll them and serve with sour cream.
