Woodquater sour cream pancakes

Ingredients

150 g organic Bio Grano wheat flour type W480 or
         organic Bio Grano spelt flour  
1/8 l milk
1/4l  mineral or sodawater
1 egg
a pinch of salt


Mix all ingredients to a thin batter. Bake pancakes very delicate (filmsy). Spread plum jam on pancakes, roll them and serve with sour cream on top.
