Nut cake


250 g butter
5 eggs
250 g honey
2 tbsp cacao
300 g organic Grano whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
100 g coarse crushed nuts
3 tbsp rum

Blend butter, eggs and honey until creamy. Combine flour, baking powder and cacao, mix into batter and add rum. Brush square baking tin with melted butter. Dust tin lightly with flour, shake of excess. Spoon mixture into baking tin. Preheat oven to 170o and bake for one hour.
