Raisin Rolls


600 g organic Grano wholewheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
40 g yeast
5 tbsp lukewarm milk
80 g butter
1 tsp honey
3/8 l lukewarm water
125 g raisins

Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Make a mould in the centre. Combine yeast and lukewarm milk and add to flour. Cover and let it rest for 15min. Cover with some flour and mix butter, honey and lukewarm water with dough, add raisins and knead. Let the dough rest for a half an hour

Form rolls and let them raise for 15 min. Preheat oven to 180oC, brush rolls with water and bake them for 30min
