“DAS THO” bakery – bread & store

DAS THO. That’s Paul Nikolaus Thomann. As a late-career baker, he has decided to make bread his profession and supply the “Grätzl” (district) directly from his bakery. In addition to freshly baked organic sourdough bread (with organic flour from Dyk Mill), there is a small selection of cheese, wine and other delicacies. There is also good coffee and always at least one open wine. We wish Paul every success at Ferdinandstraße 2 in Vienna.
